  • We currently ship across India.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote-area locations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in the shipping confirmation message.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • Hadihani is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

    • Courier partner issues

    • Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you as per their investigation outcome.
